- Tequila: 50ml Tequila/Mescal Dash of Angostura Bitters Top with Double Dutch Pomegranate & Basil. Few drops of grapefruit juice & zest to garnish.

- Gin: 50ml Gin Top with Double Dutch Pomegranate & Basil Garnish with fresh basil leaves, pomegranate seeds and sprinkling of black pepper.

- Vodka: 50ml Vodka Top with Double Dutch Pomegranate & Basil Drop of violet liqueur. Garnish with few drops of lemon juice and lemon wedge.
