ViniLourenco Fraga de Galhofa Red DOC 2017

A red blend made with the traditional Douros varieties cultivated in altitude.

The year of 2017 was quite hot and dry, forcing the anticipation of the harvest to dates not ever remembered on the Douro Region. 2017 will be remembered as a year of outstanding wines.

Food Pairing: Given its characteristics it is appropriate for daily meals, especially roasts and stews with generous seasoning.

Grape: Touriga Franca (35%), Tinta Roriz (25%), Touriga Nacional (15%), Tinta Barroca (10%), Tinta Cao (10%) and Bastardo (5%)

Alcohol: 13.5%

Colour: Ruby red

Aroma: The exuberance of fresh fruit where some notes of red fruits can be perceived.

Taste: Once in the mouth, it surprises for its balance, good freshness and perfumed flavour that convey it an harmonious finale.

Serving Temperature: 16°C with no need for decantation.
